Cancellation Policy

Training Center Practice Session Booking & Cancellation Policy Practice Session Reservations All pitching, catching, and batting practice sessions at the training center must be reserved in advance through the center’s approved booking system, by phone, or in person. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrival Policy Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled session. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival in order to avoid delays for other athletes.. If a participant arrives late, the missed portion of the session will not be extended or refunded. Cancellation Policy To provide fair scheduling opportunities for all athletes and instructors, the following cancellation policy applies: Individual Practice Sessions Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive: A full refund, or A full account credit toward a future session Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session will incur: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend (“no-show”), will result in: A charge for 100% of the session fee. Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty when notice is provided within the applicable cancellation window. Rescheduled sessions are subject to facility and instructor availability. Repeated rescheduling may require management approval. Facility Closures: If the training center closes due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered: A full refund, or the option to reschedule without penalty. Conduct & Safety: All athletes, parents, and guests are expected to follow facility rules and maintain respectful behavior toward staff, instructors, and other participants. The training center reserves the right to refuse service or terminate sessions for unsafe or inappropriate conduct without refund. Agreement to Policy: By booking a session at the training center, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all booking, cancellation, and facility policies.
